Final Sale Policy
- All Bullion Sales Are Final: Sales of silver bullion, including coins, bars, and rounds, are final and cannot be returned or refunded. This policy is in place due to the market-sensitive pricing of precious metals.
- Collectibles and Numismatic Items: Sales of collectible coins and numismatic items are also final. We encourage customers to review product details carefully before purchasing.
Damaged or Defective Products
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photographs and a description of the issue.
Eligible cases will be resolved with:
- A replacement of the same item, if available.
- A full refund if a replacement is not possible.
Note: Damage caused after delivery, including improper handling or storage, is not covered.
Non-Returnable Items
