- All coins, whether in tubes or individual packaging, are stored in a controlled environment to remain free from contamination.
- Unless otherwise specified, coins are uncirculated and sold in as close to mint condition as possible.
- Collector or rare coins not sourced directly from the mint are clearly indicated in their listings.

- Coins are securely packed in heavy mailers or strong boxes to protect against damage during transit.
- When shipping tubes of coins, we provide extra reinforcement to tube lids to prevent opening during transport.
